You might think that you know what FOMO stands for, but for us and the doctors at Women's Medical Associates of Nashville, it means For Optimum Maternal Outcomes. We want you to have the best pregnancy possible. That begins with great education. Come meet other pregnant moms and learn how to have the best start for your baby emotionally, mentally, and physically while having fun.

This class is real hands on including dolls to carry, diaper, and buckle in the carseat. Combining music and fun, our classes are memorable and have a local Nashville feel. You will easily remember what you practiced. Toss out the old boring power point class and be prepared to enjoy the show!
Each class member is gifted a manual and access to our online class to learn with videos at your own pace outside of class time. At the end of the class you will leave with new pregnancy friendships and a confidence that you will rock your birth.
