This is great for postpartum moms who want to heal faster. Where do we meet? In the privacy and comfort of your own home. What to expect: This is a very relaxed 1 hr session. We will bring a hand dyed muslim wrap, warming paste or essential oils. The doula will show you how to bind yourself on top of your clothing. You choose whether you want to add a warming paste or not. The muslim binding is our gift to the new mom. She is also taught how to bind herself so she can bind for subsequent days. This feels so comforting and moms don't want to take the binding off. What you need to bring: A smile and your wonderful postpartum body
